I'm all for the Second Amendment but civilians should only be allowed to buy the same kind of muskets that existed at the time it was written. Mass shootings solved while homeowners still get a weapon of war to defend themselves with. Everybody wins!

Only effective policy is the one used in gov buildings here. They take away your guns at entrance and vouch for your security with armed guards. And you should be able to carry everywhere else.
