why is everything so expensive?
I don't get it, my fav cookies went from 99 cent up to 2 euros, it never came down again, nobody is buying it and they just throw the old one away as soon the mhd is reached. The fuck is going on?

Because there's no competition.
Make your own cookies and sell them at 1 Euro.
Gain 100% of the sales

unless the government specifically set the price or attached some extra taxes, there's people buying the cookies.
those are the only reasons the prices aren't going down. taxes, price control, or actual business.
if there were a lack of business such as you proclaim, then the store would lower the price in order to make profit.

They wont lower the price even if they wanted to since its not about profit or accessibility or anything like that anymore.
Famine is on the horizon and in 5 years everyone will own ze nothingz since this is a global effort and agenda.

The first wave of inflation is finally making it's way to the consumer.
We're in for multiple new waves and it's not going to be pretty, world is increasingly headed towards a global depression.
Just wait until we get a secular commodity bull market going for the next 10-30 years, meaning a very long term price increase in commodities, which are going to jack up the raw material costs up many multiples.
Those 99 cent cookies will go up to €8-€9.99 in the next decade and wages sure as fuck won't keep up with that.
It's going to be a big mess of a situation in the West, especially in the US. The next era of radical economic growth is going to happen in Latin America, China and SEA reagion, while rest of the world takes a break for few decades.

but nobody is buying these coockies, at the end of the day they are being thrown away, i don't get it. Why even produce this when there is no request for it.
