Exact same thing that has already played out over 5 times.
Russians are surrounding a city, while ukrainian propaganda vehemently denying it. Every time they manage to kill a few russians they claim that they broke through the siege. And then a few weeks later the city """suddenly""" falls and they are forced to admit it.
Just like it happened with Mariupol, Bakhmut, Avdeevka, Vuhledar, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, Sudzha, etc.
