Eastern Europeans are considered "white trash", and that's why Western Europeans dislike them.

They would rather import millions of non-white individuals—cannibals, scammers, rapists, and thieves—than help their less fortunate white brethren. I think they see a less "sophisticated" version of themselves in us, and that scares them.
