I've been to rural parts of my country, where people live off the land
they have their own dairy cows there
and even in remote areas where a total of 150 people or less live, where they don't have TV or the internet, or sometimes even schools, people know that drinking cow's milk without at least boiling it makes you sick

Yes, if you modify your milk, it will probably be safer, but you won't get the same flavor and nutrients.
It's up to you: a little more safety or a little more flavor and nutrients.
Both sides have their merits; the point is that everyone knows what's best for them; we don't need someone bossing us around and deciding what we can and can't do. I would drink raw cow's milk if I knew the conditions in which it lives and its health, otherwise I would boil it. We can have both and move between them.
