This text made me wonder if in a few years entire refugee cities of Gazan refugees in Egypt and Lebanon will become followers of Christ.

Muslim's believe Jesus was a prophet, but they don't believe he was the son of God and the Messiah. Muslim's are followers of Jesus who aren't Christians. Regardless of all that, the lord of hosts refers to what trinitarian Christians call God the Father, and Muslims definitely have all sworn their allegiance to him.

Minor correction, I just checked and Muslims do believe that Jesus was the Messiah, it's just him being the son of God and the resurrection they don't agree with Christians about.
