Flaws:
1. Assessment of keratinization was not made, as these studies were conducted too soon after adult circumcision. The circumcised penis is exposed to air and eventually undergoes irreversible changes, i.e. becomes dry and hard. This process takes time to occur (i.e. the duration of puberty) and is more pronounced in severely mutilated male genitals with almost no remaining foreskin.
2. Circumcised penises produce more friction in the interior vaginal walls, resulting in vaginal dryness and female discomfort during sex. This study does not account for women's pleasure during sex, as it was conducted by eggheads who don't know women enjoy fucking. (Women do enjoy sex, just not with assholes who have Asperger's.)
3. Men and their partners who want circumcision are going to under-report dissatisfaction with circumcision. Many of these men had medical disorders that required circumcision to address, so will of course answer that circumcision has resulted in great benefit. It's difficult to find men who are unbiased or ambivalent about the elected surgery they've opted to have performed.
