Starting WW2 rests almost squarely on the shoulders of Germany.

You can argue all you want about the treaty of Versailles, the strangling economic conditions France and the UK put on Germany and that's all true. Germany attacked France and the UK and the war could have ended there or progressed further in that direction. But Germany betraying the USSR and invading them after the USSR covertly aided them really cannot be explained. The reasons for invading Poland can't be explained either other than it was just a landgrab. Or Czechoslovakia. Some people will argue that invading the USSR was some grand act of selfless goodwill to liberate people from communism or something, this is about as retarded a perspective as possible and Germany didn't even execute a Rothschild when they captured one. For all the talk about Gypsies this and jews that and whatnot it was tens of millions of whites that died in WW2.

Well technically it was originally another Slavic tribe called the Pomeranians. Their name comes from living by the sea ("po morze" literally means "by the sea"). Early Slavs were as much of a divided people as Early "Germans" (they didn't call themselves that, the Romans did).
