You can't say the US is flawed because billionaires and businesses have direct line of communication to washington but leave out the fact that in China that government is the one who owns and profits off their largest companies. Corruption is rampant there for a reason and its why more than half of the Chinese people still have to find a way to live off of less than $140 a month.

I don't pay property tax. Those are state taxes and you can choose to live in a state without them. Every country has eminent domain. In China, they are explicit leases. "Buying a home" in China means signing a lease for an apartment in an apartment building. The overwhelming majority of Chinese can only afford a tiny studio smaller than what any American has, and even then paying for their apartment, which they rent from the government, takes up the overwhelming majority of their income and oftentimes people can only afford it with support from their parents and or grandparents.
