If you must flee, I'd suggest someplace in the former Soviet Union, i.e., Khazakstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, etc., or somewhere in SEA like Thailand, Malaysia, or Vietnam. If you are in a neighboring country like the Czech Republic it will also make it harder to draft you, but then again that will only work for so long legally.
