Well, of course. So do I. But lighting is a drop in the bucket compared to climate control, the dryer and the oven. Sure, more expensive electricity might make people a little more aware of their usage, but there is only so much you can do without switching to a different source of electricity. As of now, my electricity has gone from $0.12/kwh to $0.16/kwh which is like an extra $20/month.
