At least you earn the money you need to pay for the doctor

If you can find a functional solution that takes both these considerations into account, I'm all ears. Until then, I'll remind you that while we are outrageously expensive we still have the highest quality of care literally in the world. There's a reason why the world's elite almost exclusively use the American health care system for their ails.
