It took on many forms throughout the years, really truly beginning in the 50s and especially the 60s. You could argue anti-axis pro-war propaganda was anti-white propaganda, but that was apart of anti-white propaganda's tactic of changing forms. The anti-nazi propaganda thrown into the faces of Americans wasn't inherently anti-white, hell it didn't talk about muh jews being holocausted initially. It actually took the form of being pro-American, saying that countries were being invaded and enslaved, and that freedom was what White Americans stood for. The average White American at the time loved this, as it empowered them instead of shaming them. But then after the war ended, propaganda promoting blacks started to be pushed, and then that expanded even further into the 60s, where the idea of America being a nation of immigrants was suddenly promoted everywhere as well as other forms of progressive 'counter-culture' stuff. But these propaganda pieces still weren't completely anti-White, they only portrayed White racists as bad people while Whites that weren't racist were promoted and celebrated, they simply said nonwhites should be as equal as Whites. This would continue into the 80s and 90s, but by the 2000s and 2010s, they finally went all the way and suggested inherent Whiteness was bad and that Whites in general should be shamed for past beliefs towards nonwhites and other minorities. Jews slowly but surely wore down our defenses to make us more welcoming to people who always hated us and wanted us destroyed. Jews are the master of propaganda, always have been and always will be. If you want a quick answer, anti-white propaganda truly began in about the 50s I believe.
