Even on aus/pol/, I don't think Anons are seriously thinking about what this place looks like even 5, 10 years from now. Job security is worse than even and migration is snowballing along with now settled migrant families breeding.
The country is at bursting point, we are seeing the beginnings of hyperinflation and supply grid problems (water, energy), crime is skyrocketing. We are early stage.
People who have no memory of Australia before 2010, no idea of how quickly things have changed, are lining up to take out 5% deposit 30-40 year loans.
My prediction is that citizens will not "own" homes by 2040, social housing commieblocks are going to become a huge deal, traditional home owners will pay unsustainable rates and 100% of profits from house/land sales will go to the government
