I didn't vote for Trump or Kamala. I literally voted 3rd party because I fucking hate Democrats (former Bernie cuck) and I don't think that MAGA Republicans have anything in the way of serious solutions to problems brought about by 5 decades of deindustrialization, financialization, and globalization.

The economy was going to shit way before Trump took office. Even before Biden and before the first Trump administration, things were going to shit. We have been in a technical depression since the 2008 financial crisis. Those bailouts and that quantitative easing are what have led to asset price inflation (stocks, real estate, financial services, insurance). That existed all throughout the Obama administration. Arguably, the anemic economic growth is what led to both lefty populism (Bernie of 2016) and "right" wing populism (Trump MAGA).
Since the putative "left" in the United States of America has failed to distinguish itself from the liberal managerial class (because they are too narcissistic to abandon toxic boutique niche activist causes), the populist right keeps on winning. If the left could manage to fucking STOP talking about bullshit distractions that revolve around race, gender, and identity for once and instead took up talking about breaking up banks, restrictions to prevent financial firms from buying up houses, and actually talk about REAL things that improve living standards (not green austerity, like giving up your car) then they might be actually to win an election.
But, no!
It's always feminists, transgender shit, immigrants, and liberal perversions of legitimate civil rights causes that keep ypu forever distracted
