I eat farmed ducks often, have to make them in the oven, and it takes a longer time, put the parts in a tray, add some water, cover the tray by foil, than once the meat is softer, remove to foil, and the water go away by vapor, and the duck bake by their own fat. They can taste really good. I ate home raised ducks too a few times, their meat is harder, more lean, it takes more time to soften it up, but also taste well. Same with goose.

Rabbit is best you eat two rabbits and can make a rabbit bra with their faces

but honestly pork raised at the country side eats all the shitty human leftovers and their meat tastes worse than pork raised only with grain, vegetables and fruits, and the exact same applies to chicken except that chicken actually shits where it eats like a jeet, unlike the pork which will shit in the drainage channel
also you can cook pork meat a little more on the rarer side
