Why doesn't every country on the planet just kill their violent criminals and gang members?

You do realize killing all of your violent criminals would be better for buisness and prosperity over the long run, right? To add onto that, I think countries should help other countries kill all of their criminals. Like, if the Mexicans are too scared to fight their own cartels, just tell Americans where they are and we can drone strike them without any legal ramifications. Just pretend like it didn't happen and don't blame each other.

Well no, I'm saying at least in America, we should change our laws to eliminate judicial discretion, while still keeping in-place the right to a trial. But, the laws should be changed so most violent crime (not something stupid like a bar fight, I mean armed robbery, murder, aggravated battery, aggravated rape, etc.) should be automatic death penalty, no prison sentence or parole, no 3 strike rules, no judges letting people off on warnings, no plea deals, etc.

As for the cartel part, yes, I think the American government should have totally free-reign to kill suspected violent criminals.

I also don't believe in deporting violent migrants, just kill them after a military trial.
