Judges are terrified of Trump
Judges have been promised immortality through adrenochrome and now Donald Trump is going to take it all away. All people eventually die, Trump is preserving the cycle of life and death.

In practice, seems to be how it's done. Abe Lincoln suspended habeas corpus. Obama drone striked a us citizen. Fdr had destroyers hunting German Uboats before the US entered the war. Andrew Jackson ignored ongoing court cases and expelled the indians anyway.

If there is a limit to presidential powers, it hasn't been crossed yet.

This is what a lot of people don't seem to get nowadays. Maybe it is because of the Democrat Party besmirching them for not playing along with their delusions, I don't know. But, the Supreme Court literally rules based off of the Constitution and nothing else. They always fearmonger about Conservatives in the Supreme Court, but conservative there just means they are more strict to the Constitution (a document that grants absolute freedoms so no one should be unhappy about that). I can't really think of a single Supreme Court ruling in modern times that has been really bad. Liberal judges tend to be the shitty ones since they bend the Constitution and that can only lead to people's rights being infringed. I guess they seethe so much because the Supreme Court doesn't let them do draconian things and because it disproves their narrative that Trump is some dictator (everything Trump does is constitutional, he isn't infringing on anyone's rights). The only people Trump really gives the short end is the other feds who try to get in his way. No one should cry because these feds are being prevented from stealing your rights.

Good.

Any judge who inserts themselves into Trump administration actions on their own accord is demonstrating that they are not a judge, but an activist. These activists need to be removed from the bench. Judges are meant to be impartial.

You can't have woke democrat judges who consume left wing propaganda and make decisions based on it.

The moment Democrats started unironically believing the whole "insurrection" thing is when they truly went off the rails. It was in this moment they fully shifted into their own demented reality. The moment where we could no longer get along. Democrats since then will blatantly attack every facet of American life. They'll openly question whether people deserve rights or not. They'll laugh in front of everyone when confronted about their maniacal plans to replace us and corrupt our children. They really went all out with the "Dark Brandon" shit. The definition of an insurrection is using/threatening violence to stop an official act
Trump told his followers to show up for a "historic event" to "fight like hell or you won't have a country", sat and watched them for 3 hours as they broke into the capitol and delayed the certification of the vote, then tweeted that they should go home.

Oh look you're a retard.

Yes, answering a question with another question can be a tactic of gaslighting, a form of psychological manipulation used to make someone doubt their own reality, memory, or sanity to gain control. This tactic dodges a direct response, shifting focus away from the question at hand and onto the person asking it, which causes confusion and makes the victim question their perception of events.

It's "and subject" not "are subject" - misleading typo.
Longtime precedent means children of diplomats are not subject to the jurisdiction as well.
The argument by Trump et al, is that because illegal immigrants entered without due process, they, and their children, were never subject to the jurisdiction.
However that argument probably doesn't make sense for any legal immigrant on a work visa, or potentially even a tourist or education visa.
