I stopped using toothpaste and never used mouthwash because they are such an obvious conduit for Jewish Poison.
But in addition to a bit of plain brushing with water, flossing is one of the few health hacks that actually works. For whatever reason, tickling your gums between your teeth really keeps them good. Probably removes a layer of gunk so the air can get to the gums which stop anything festering. You notice if skipped a day or two. Also you notice if you had any episodes of high blood sugar/low exercise because it shows up as gingivitis/bleeding gums next time you floss.
