Nuclear war is beneficial to the USA. It would make the US population 90% white after the cities are obliterated. The population of the USA is more spread out unlike the population of China which is mostly along their coast. Ethnic Russians would be functionally extinct after Moscow and Saint Petersburg are nuked.
