The Jewish God is indivisible and without peers. Jew's most important prayer is the Shema which affirms this singular God. They mean unity as singular and all encompassing (uni) whereas Christians think of unity as a harmony of several. Triune, a combination of the words tri and unity, is an oxymoronic expression of cognitive dissonance.
Another example of word games being played is the sacrifice of Jesus. Regardless of how the argument plays out of whether he is God or not the fact remains he is in the flesh of a man. This makes him completely ineligible to be a sacrifice at all. How do Christians cope with this very obvious prohibition on human sacrifice? They use a linguistic sleight of hand by calling him a lamb, the Lamb of God, and hope no one questions it. Even if Jesus was a furry and declared his fursona to be a lamb it still wouldn't count.

Cherry pickers are the nasty cousins of wordcels. The Tanakh uses a lot of poetic language and Jacob/Israel is often referencing the whole of the Jewish people. Isaiah isn't talking about Jesus anyway because Isaiah 2 isn't fulfilled despite Christians claiming he fulfilled the Old Testament. Christians also completely twisted Isaiah 59:20 to fit their Christological view of the bible.
Romans 11:26

What it actually says in Isaiah 59:20

You are right, that Isaiah 2 is not yet, it's a yet future prophecy. The Tanakh has a lot of references to the second coming of Jesus, only the ignorant among Christians who have either not read what we call the Old Testament and just take what their priests or pastors tell them "old testament was all fulfilled" believe that.
If you read it though, there is a point in which Messiah gets killed, but then Messiah comes as God Echatologically.
There are LOADS of "second coming" passages in what you call the Tanakh, Isaiah 2 is one of them, but every "Day of the Lord" passage is about what we refer to as the second coming. What you fail to see is that Messiah is God, but you will.

Zechariah 12

It could not just be any human, only God as a human could do it, only someone sinless (flawless, perfect as the sacrifices were to be) could do it.
Also remember Abraham, who was commanded to sacrifice Isaac, his promised son.
Because Abraham was willing, God was willing.
Sin *requires* the punishment of death. Sin has to be equated with death, it has been so since the first sin. What was the warning about the first sin? If you eat of it you will die.
Sin = death.
So for sin, something has to die. you used animal sacrifices, which were a picture of the subsitutionary atonement of Christ.
It is the only way God can simultaneously have consistent justice for sin, and yet be merciful. Someone had to die in your place to take the established punishment for sin (death) that could OVERCOME death (that is resurrect) to where death has no power over Him.
Only God can do this Himself.
Nobody else would be flawless as an acceptable replacement for you.
Nobody else could die and resurrect, and thus not be overcome by death without an outside agent resurrecting them.

Christianity is also flawed because Jeremiah warns that sacrifices alone won't save you. Christianity doubles down on the idea that it will. There are many examples of atonement in the Tanakh without blood.
