The 2nd Amendment's meaningful application in this day and age is to defend yourself from other citizens.

There is no weaponry conceivable for you to purchase or create that would allow you to take on the US military in any capacity.

In principle.

On the flip side, we do already disqualify people who have spent time in a mental institution, which is like 90% of trannies. Though by all means, let’s get rid of that prohibition. The right to bear arms is absolute, even for the schizoids.

As it stands now what’s even the point of explicitly making a ban, most are prohibited anyways already.
