All people in the world are what you call "racist", it is the default setting of being Human, it just means to not trust outsiders which is a core survival instinct since cavemen times, you had to be careful who you let in to your camp for thousands of years, it is ingrained to us to not trust outsiders into our DNA code. Most Wars in history, probably around 90% have been Civil Wars, all of ancient Greek, Italian, African, Asian, etc Wars were mostly civil Wars between various tribes of nearly the same ethnicity that they hated with a passion.
