Your problem is that you cucked out at the beginning and then it got to the point where you felt so humiliated that you finally told her. It's a very common thing, guys feel they need to cuck in this way to get laid but it's not a good long term strategy.

It seems a bit counter intuitive at first, but refusing to cuck out and being calm and non-reactive about is actually the way to go. It's like when the boss tries to guilt you into working late, it sets a precident. I've seen cucks that before they know it it's not just working extra hours for free it's coming in on the weekends and shit like that because they allow themselves to be cucked.
