At least Muslims defend the principles of their stated religion, Christians don't even defend the tenets of Christianity. It clearly states in the Bible that the marriageable age/adulthood age is puberty. Jews say adulthood is 13+, because you were an adult at 13-15 in Egypt & Babylon based on physical characteristics. YHWH blesses Cyrus the Great who set 15 as the age of majority in ancient Iran.
