Don’t worry this is just the beginner levels of the game where the enemies are more of a jump scare to lure you in and create a sense of danger. The duel wielding machine gun meth heads on experimental performance enhancers update should drop soon. I think foreign intelligence are radicalising trans people now too so expect armed crossdessers to start appearing in later levels.
