Outside of the religious argument I believe abortion should be illegal, except in situations of rape of possible death to the mother, because we should place value on life because you never know what that person could have been capable of. We should value life because that person could have grown up to be an inventor, or something great. Basically it comes down to valuing human life regardless of religious beliefs.
