A lot of people don't mention this so I will. I would have fixed the communication networks. The cryptography was completely fucked and it gave the allied forces intel for everything the axis did.

No, I would've fully mobilized to invade North Africa and the Middle East first to secure the Suez and oilfields (as well as kill all the Jews in Israel, gaining the undying loyalty of the populations there). Afterwards I would have "encouraged" Turkey and Spain to join the war effort in exchange for territorial gains. Then, before a full invasion of the USSR, I would have aimed to cripple Britain even further by enouraging rebellion in India. Only following all of that, would a fullscale invasion of the USSR be undertaken, this time with America distracted entirely by Japan and the UK far more hurt ittl (as well as the resources and new Caucasus supplied by the subjugation of MENA) I believe a swift knockout blow to the USSR would be possible. Oh and also I'd cool it with the warcrimes against slavs so their resentment for the Soviet government could actively be utilized.

This isn't a direct answer but I was thinking recently what the U.S. could have done to stomp communists after/during World War II
No lend-lease to the Soviets
Let the Nazis and Soviets fight each other to the bitter end then wipe out the winner
Establish American dominance across the whole of Europe with help from Britain and Free France, Warsaw Pact never appears
Also, don't bail out the Chinese, certainly not the CCP
Or if we did, help the Kuomintang destroy the CCP in the Civil War post-1945 after the Imperial Japanese are dealt with
This also solves the Kim Dynasty from ever gaining control of North Korea if both the Soviets and CCP are knocked out
The Cold War never happens, Vietnam War never happens, etc. Pax Americana x100
Israel would also have to be prevented for total world peace though

No, I'm not aiming to be a zionist puppet like Hilter.
Had I been stuck there I would have executed the Rothschilds, actually burned the jews from 38 on, and focused on landing on the UK and killing the crown and any Rothschilds there. I would have spent energy taking down every so called "diaspora" on earth, starting with their rabbinate and their strong men, including and especially those set up in Asia.
If the Russians were going to invade, I would have used my superior 88's, tank guns, and air, to destroy them as they attacked, being especially careful to destroy the engines so they couldn't reuse the tanks. And once they were beat to hell, I would have taken Stalingrad cutting off their oil and gas, going no where near Moscow. And I would have gone into Saud and started drilling, because I know that.
Oh, and I would have built nukes, destroyed DC and NYC, and spent the last few years of my life chasing the last of the World Zionist Congress and helping my Palestine occupation destroy the Irgun etc etc leadership as they were born.
But again, I'm not gay and zionist.
