In this case, the jew did not think anyone would actually look this up or attempt to fact check them. The Infant Mortality, nor any Mortality rate showed any significant changes due to the implementation of vaccines. Instead, it gradually decreased across the entirety of the 20th Century while hospitals were built and modernized, and their staffs gradually grew and were trained in. Not even the invention of Ambulances nor the Emergency Room had a significant impact on the mortality rate.
There was a slight spike in 2002-2003, that has not been explained, followed by a continued plateau throughout the 21st Century.
