Server brings out my plate, it has asparagus on it, in late August. I don't even touch them and I tell her politely "please tell you chef to taste his asparagus. They're two months out of season and you can see they're woody."

She left and the chef came back out after a minute, apologized and gave me the dish for free.
Not even the whole meal, just the main dish he fucked.
