Absolute scum of the earth trash or an absolute great human and no in-between whatsoever?

White people I know seem to come in gradations of human, amazing guys, great guys, good guys, ok guys, decent guys, shady guys, cunts, turbo cunts.

I moved to Manchester about 5 years ago and I work in a cash business in the centre around doors and stuff and its heavily dominated by immigrants, Albanians, Kenyans, Ghanaian, Dutch, Poles.

Again absolutely great or absolutely cunts. One of the lads I work with from Kenya literally brings me homemade food constantly, always remembers my birthdays and gets me gifts etc. An Albanian lad I work with collects blankets and makes big batches of food in tupperware and gives them out to homeless in the winter, total sweetheart to everyone.

Then there are guys who are cartoonishly cunts, like genuine scum of the earth will rob and theive off their own mother types.

Never met an average migrant. What is this phenomenon?

Because immigration is dominated by two types of people and I'm saying this as an immigrant based on my experience with my own people.

The absolute brain dead low iq hard working masses who just want to get more money for the same shitty job. Strong ties to their country of origin.

And a smaller group of successful people who are interested in the culture and would like to be part of the host country and bring professional skills to the table.

Obviously there are people in between but in my experience these 2 groups cover the vast majority of immigrants. And I think there are studies to prove long term immigration actually reduces the host nation's avg IQ scores.
