You tried to get into FAB manufacturing already back where the gap was much smaller than it is now and you are not the only one of the countries that did so as well. They all failed but a couple.

Just accept your loses and place new TSMC orders, some things like semiconductor manufacturing are way too hard, stick to packaging.
