There is a simple solution to reducing gun violence unrelated to mass shootings which are rare and kill way less than other shootings.
Simply ban niggers from owning guns. Confiscate them, execute them for owning a gun. Put the fear of guns into those gorilla apes.
And voila the majority of gun violence vanishes over night.
Now you could take it a few steps further by making society healthy and functional again, but that's a whole deeper topic.
The american way is to slap a AIDS infested band aid on everything anyway.
