Daily reminder that we have now entered a new Cold War era with US, Canada, West & Anzac and protectorates against China, India, Russia and protectorates.
What to expect:
1. Proxy Wars: flaring up again across Africa & Latin America to restablish hegemony following decades of (physical) withdrawal and Chi/Rus-funded coups. France to reassert ties with former colonies, Wagner-tier militias in the guise of peacekeepers or contractors for private companies (e.g., oil wells, mines). Promotion of anti-China sentiment in some countries, e.g., Zambia, Djibouti. Counter-coups in the Central African Rus-belt
2. Nationalism: promoted by the state after decades of dictation by international finance. Mass deportations of net economic non-contributors, crackdown on ideologies and their figureheads who threaten culture of male achievement, the flag, national history, childbirth. More government surveillance (outsourced).
3. Migration: stricter control of immigration from China and India, blacklisting of existing students and workers on temporary visas, with the expectation of their leaving voluntarily unless they've definitely flipped. Encouragement of migration within the Schengen Area, periphery nations like Ukraine and the Balkans included (Chinese influence in the balkans will cause political tension and possible civil commotion with nationalistic, i.e., ChInRu-backed, parties conflicting with Western-funded parties).
