One of my employees was a super intelligent pajeet. He had his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. He also couldn’t use any of his smarts on anything. He was my lowest performing employee and eventually got demoted to the packaging line, his second job (he had two) was at UPS loading trucks. The guys IQ had to be 150+. Being able to do math problems and book stuff doesn’t equate to real world applications. I had high school dropouts that were better at fixing mechanical problems than the super intelligent pajeet. All in all, he was happy to work in packaging. He never complained about the work, only about the management. He was mildly autistic, from my own observations.
