Capitalism is breeding a new race of hyper-intelligent, driven people through the power of positive reinforcement supported by the allocation of capital based on merit. Adaptable people will manage themselves, those unable to will lead to genetic dead ends and will have their genetic lineage end with them. A person's life cannot be measured by their ability to contribute to society is what communists usually say, but they often disregard the fact that there are those innately predisposed to do so, that have healthy careers and produce more offspring than those that significantly lack the ability to generate capital by their own means. You could argue against me, which is not something I advise because my IQ is above 130, and say that there are a great deal of people ill-suited to produce offspring and still do so at large quantities, but they are abnormalities that in the end will eventually lead to situations where they no longer are able to sustain their lives as it is not sustainable in the long run.

Communists would say that there are things more important than one's ability to generate capital, such as humane qualities, commonly associated with traits such as compassion, socially inclined opinions and stances related to concepts of collective responsibility, tolerance towards others and otherwise non-quantifiable traits that some people refer to as being socially conscious, which I like to call ''being a faggot''. These qualities will eventually die out with the passage of time because there is no actual gain from having similar stances. The globalization has started and it is a race to the finish line, Americans and their socially engineered mindsets will force people to adapt and innovate, at first seeming like the correct choice, later on, leading to total extermination of those that aren't able to adapt. The future is going to be great and it will not have a place for communists.

The last company I worked for decided to try and save money by hiring a bunch of jeet developers and getting rid of all the white guys who used to manage everything. I was able to keep my job, but I quit about 3 years ago because it was impossible to get anything implemented correctly within a reasonable amount due to all of the jeet nonsense and I knew that jeets would be the end of the company.
This company had been around since the 80s and it just ended up shutting down a few weeks ago.
Nobody believes this "meritocracy" shit, we all know you're just a cost cutting measure and more often than not it ends up blowing up in everybody's face.
