to be a fair, a lot of what goes on at libraries is lefty and immigrant centered bullshit which should fuck off. much cheaper to run the book side of the library fully online and have either a pick up location or mail them out. youd save a lot on all the expensive salaries that way.

Axe the libraries, sell the plots, use the money to subsidize free internet access for every American. Nobody actually uses libraries anyway. The dream of “information being free to all” is noble but it can be better realized in the information age than a building where you borrow books.

you can bet theres plenty of shit for the feathers going on and welcome bullshit for immigrants etc. our libraries are ram packed with every kind of woke crap there is. there are community centers if people want space to hold a group meeting or whatever, libraries should just focus on lending books etc. its nice to have a big walk in location to browse around sometimes, especially for the kids, but its also expensive.

if those places want to cut taxes to help people then there are cheaper ways to keep lending libraries going, and if the state isn't forcing people to support them the more wealthy can always up their charity and get bonus points for it.
