I lived in El Reno in 2011- worked at the best job in the area, Dexter Axle. It’s the same old story there- the natives, while sometimes violent due to over-drinking, are also largely placated by alcohol. It's probably more like 60%. I lived in a town like that and most the natives don't register their address as their off-reservation address. They have to have a reservation address to get free checks from the government, so that's their official address. They don't wanna live on the res so they work and have a house in the white town to try to avoid their own people. This gives them two incomes with the UBI they get plus a white job salary, so many only work part time or menial jobs.

18% reported is fucking high so expect a shit ton of them. You'll have problems with drunks wandering around, running into traffic and trying to fight people. They steal a lot and break into houses.
