Very common to find their produce that was just offloaded from the truck already has a few items already rotting. From what I gather, Lidl and Aldi are very different in their home countries. The US is basically a vassal state sending tribute home to prop up the mothership. Or maybe it’s just different leadership; I hear Lidl in the UK is very nice, for example.
