People on the H1B subreddit are stressing about Jobs Now, asking employers to file their PERM earlier and earlier.

I found out this morning that with the 6-month cooling-off period, most H1B visa holders have 2 attempts for their PERM. And this assumes that they file immediately after their first 3-year renewal.

Every LMT that fails reduces the probability of an H1B visa holder getting their green card by 50%. This is why there is a coordinated campaign by Big Tech, immigration attorneys, and even the Indian government to stop us.

It is working. Keep applying and finding PERM jobs.

I got a message back from tesla to fill out a questionnaire from them after applying using the JOBS app. I do not fufill all of the requirements, but the fact they send me something means one might potentially get a job. I have zero hopes on getting this role, but I do have hope this site might get me a job.

I applied for some perm jobs and shit has been wild. I have talked to 8 different jeet managers at one gpu company in short 15 minute meetings they do for legal cover. I have gotten weird emails from their jeet HR saying that the jobs are now for new graduates and I told them I didn't want to apply after all.
