They don't have higher IQs. The average Asian is a farmer/factory worker. The Asians that come to the West have to pass through a genetic filter for IQ skewing the results.

Their IQ averages are like 3 points higher, In truth I don't even think East Asia developed into first world countries because of high IQ, that's a smokescreen for the fact that they avoided the IMF debt trap of death by regulating their economies through selective loans to productive industries, which is what the Nazis and Imperial Japanese were doing and what no other third world society has attempted to replicate. They are intelligent well educated people but every country has intelligent well educated people running their governments.

It takes more than just intelligence.

Trust, cooperation, teamwork, inspiring morality, empathy and the kindness needed to improve things for strangers with no credit, faustian spirit, etc.

Also personally I think Whites have unique mental traits beyond abstractionalised tests as we tend to excel at novelty seeking and lateral thinking and spacial/geometric thinking. I think if the West wants higher IQs it should pursue it through the eugenics of encouraging smart White people to have more kids not mixing with Asians who have different traits to us in other social areas
