I don't get it, if Americans are expected never to retire then why are they being forced to pay into Social Security plus other retirement programs? These are retirement benefits they will never see yet it is being taken out of their paychecks anyway.

I retired 13 or so years ago. I fully expect to either die "early" or have to work to not die at some point. Every day I enjoy until then is one I've banked. Can't be taken from me. I've already won. Should probably mention I'm in my 30s. People storing labor in USD right now are in for a rude awakening. I've hedged my bets at least, and I'll accept what ever outcome. Heres a little known secret.

You can opt out of social security any time - just do the research yourself. However, that means you wont be able to utilize ssdi or other associated programs that pull from the same fund. Also you wont get any of your monies back that have already been paid (of course).

So it may be worth it for a young person, but an older person may want to play the retirement lotto and see if they will be able to collect before the country defaults on its debts.

The German is right. The only period of American history that wasn't bad for the common person was the mid 20th century, like 1945 to 1979 or so, when there were strong social and worker protections and we were enjoying the post WW2 victory prosperity.
And, immigration was minimal in those days.
The rest of American history is continual periods of immigration, planned by elites, to keep wages low and break the workers of America. It's been like this since even before 1776.
The USA has never been a nation with brotherly feelings for fellow Americans. It really is just an ideological construct, unlike the authentic European nation-states.

Work is easy and PLENTIFUL (most homeowners just respond better when there is a white man working for them)
