Making as much money as possible to buy land. A semi-rural or rural property with the ability to eat, drink, and generate property and a strong social network is the only actual prepping. Everything else is a temporary emergency survival measure.

Things are far far from collapse anon. People have clean drinking water, plenty of food, and for the most part, most have housing even if it's quite expensive.

Call me in 50-60-maybe even 100 years when all the white men have left and nobody knows how to run the infrastructure we have.... that's when we'll have a real problem.
