Well, anon, since you are taking this topic kind of serious, how does Self hypnosis works??? you really did it??

Maybe it is surface level, but I have always been partial to Atlas Shrugged; though, the last part of the book is almost comical in how it attempts to paint capitalism as the end all moral system. It does, though, do a good job to illustrate certain archetypes of people that we encounter even today.

I always hesitated to read it because I always heard it was such a polarizing book, but it was worth the time.

I do it everyday. Its essentially meditatiom and then giving yourself suggestions to reprogram your subconscious. Also this book (Psycho Cybernetics) teaches you that your subconscious mind works well when you’re relaxed and not over thinking. Its basically learning to ise the force.
