i’ve personally been to somalia,egypt,south africa and ethiopia.
there is something wrong on that continent.
both in the rural and city areas.
you’ll see things which baffle the common
man.
people crossing rivers with their cars because the local government couldn’t build a simple bridge or driving 32-50 miles around because of that just to get to some local tribal town.
often times the cars get stuck in the middle of the river and they have to call the entire tribe to tow it away because they don’t have specialized tow trucks or tow trucks in general at all.
simple things you’d think would be necessary for a civilization or people simply don’t exist.
i rarely saw ice in drinks not because they can’t comprehend the concept or they themselves don’t want ice in their drinks as much of africa is near inhospitable with deranged temperatures and weather patterns where you can spend 9/10ths of a year with no clouds in sight then suddenly an insane amount of rain comes pouring in one or two days and thats all the rain you’ll get in an entire yea condensed.
i won’t say africa wasn’t screwed over but so were many other ethnic groups throughout history.
i can’t even say its the land entirely as some parts of africa are basically gardens of eden.
