How about we just make private internet communities? If you don't want jeets, just kick 'em out. Social media sites don't seem to have any concept of cliques.

What you want is a strong barrier entry so you should put it somewhere that’s hard to get to perhaps you use command lines or something that keeps the riffraff from easily connecting to it
