What is the cure for homosexuality? Obviously, people are not born gay or bisexual. That contradicts biology. All signs point to homosexuality being a learned characteristic. This would also explain the dramatic increase in homosexuals/bisexuals in the last 10 years. We've also seen this with transgenderism.

How does one unlearn homosexual thoughts and urges? How could a homosexual become heterosexual?

And I am asking because my little brother (16) told our parents that he thinks he's gay and has started dressing more colorfully/effeminately and his mannerisms are completely different now. Growing up he was a normal boy, liked airsoft, comic books, baseball, etc.
I genuinely think it is other kids at school telling him he's gay and people fixate on it, like OCD almost. He's also had a hard time talking to girls because he's awkward and kind of a dork, and the gay kids seems to be the same way most of the time.

Well first of all, they need to be cut off from fag-enablers. Second, you need to address the source of their trauma. From what I have seen it is either being molested as a child, or feeling weak and unmanly. So perhaps then they can move on if the mental disease isn't so ingrained that it has become inseparable from their personality.

There have been few published studies since the cause of homosexuality is one of those modern prohibited research topics. I'm gay and I know from personal experience that I wasn't born this way, but other gay people I know insist they were always gay. My anecdote doesn't amount for much but it's my belief that I subconsciously became gay because I didn't receive enough love and socialization as a child. I wasn't molested, but I had very few friends, a bad relationship with my parents, and zero sexual attention from girls. My mind eventually decided in my teen years that if I couldn't satisfy my intimacy needs with women, maybe men would be another option.

OP I believe in biological determinism for most things but some stuff like myopia, faggotry, etc. skyrocketing more recently does suggest something else is to blame.

My suggestion for any kind of personality reforms is to cut people off from bad social circles that encourage certain things and give them tons of psychedelics. Everyone I know that does tons of shrooms, DMT, and other psychedelics undergoes tremendous personality changes and is more suggestible too. You want to see dramatic changes of personality this is the way to do it.
