Unironically, the implementation of Palantir in our society will put us on the same level of China, the UK, or North Korea in terms of personal freedom, compliance with the government, and in general a social credit score that impacts every aspect of your daily life. Slowly, but surely, Palantir has developed a profile on you, your friends, family, and have extensively studied your every movement (both virtual and physical) to predict your next move. While this may sound like a huge nothingburger now, imagine five years from now what the result of this technology could be. What are the steps necessary to take to stop the fruition of a globalized surveillance state? What can we actively do to secure the web and society as we know it before it becomes distorted beyond all sorts of recognition?

Now, more than ever, is the time to take a stance on this experiment and there needs to be a legitimate plan for people to follow once this system is fully enacted to control us. Also, inb4 any shills come in to try and deflect on the troubles on not only AI but AI enforced surveillance systems that will quite literally cook humanity to our extinction. We are at a cross roads in this decade where we can still take a stance against this, and we need to establish some sort of movement that revitalizes society, culture, and humanity back on the path we were on. So, what will you do anon? Continue to shitpost into oblivion until you no longer can? Or will some of us actually create some sort of defense for the last bastion of information, freedom, and privacy that is the internet?

Without an enormous cult of personality around a rebel leader, there is legitimately nothing anyone can do. That is the only miraculous hope that there is, that one extremely prominent figure and his party will be able to awaken hundreds of millions and take down the beast. The great thing about strategic warfare-level AI is that it can tailor each attack to the individual. It knows literally everything about you. A mix-up in your prescriptions. A traffic stop gone tragically wrong. Your DNA discovered at a cold-case murder scene.
No mass-scale solutions. No gulags, no mass shootings. Just a constant process removing trouble-makers by means so varied and diffuse no one would ever see the pattern. Most won't know they were removed by The Palantir Process. Some won't even know there is a reason for them to be targeted: identified as pre-crime risks, and with a removal regime so invisible, so unaccountable - so without responsibility or consequences - there is no real reason not to pull the trigger.
There's not much one can do, anon, other than to hope that the sickly stew the ruling classes impose upon us will give rise to a retributive miasma so serendipitous, so unexpected, that even their unblinking planet-sized eye and galaxy-sized electronic brain cannot foretell its coming.
