you can't even you have a VPN unless you do a payment using a billing address in another country or create a completely new profile while connected to a VPN just to make sure no payment history ties you to your real region. That simple. In general, I'd just switch to GOG. I'm using Argentinian VPN to drop the prices there and it works perfectly well. If you wonder how to get games on Steam after you switch your region successfully, try buying region-locked gift cards relevant to the region you switched to. It worked for me. Now I'm paying way less for video games than I would've otherwise. Fuck gabe btw.
