It's certainly a scam in that its object level claims about what attracts women are false, but it's actually a consumer brand identity, and it does its job of conferring (non-sexual) approval from (both left- and right-wing) women and men that buy into it. It's also kinda questionable to call it "right-wing" (to the extent that term itself is even meaningful) because it's blank-slatist and is basically a "macho" skin for therapy (generally considered leftist, jewish and female), and it is advocated by conservatives precisely because of its deradicalizing nature (see Andrew Tate whenever he gets called a nigger, he cries about how everyone who does it needs to self-improove instead).
